For your next family or friends' holiday, discover the charming coastal town of Pouliguen.
You will stay in this lovely house, designed for your comfort, able to accommodate up to 6 people.
You will appreciate its proximity to the beach, the port and the many activities in the surrounding area.
On the outside, you will enjoy a furnished terrace, equipped with deckchairs and a dining table, ideal for enjoying the beautiful summer days.
Upon arrival at the house, you will discover the main living room comprising a lounge area as well as a dining table. Just behind it is the open kitchen, fully equipped and offering direct access to the terrace. You will find an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster and a dishwasher.
The house has 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: on the ground floor: has a double bed (140 x 190)
Bedroom 2: on the ground floor: has two single beds (90 x 190)
Bedroom 3: On the first floor, you must go through the terrace and external stairs to access this last bedroom, which has a double bed (140 x 200).
For the bathrooms, you will have access to a shower room on the ground floor and a bathroom located on the first floor.
In the laundry room on the ground floor, you will have access to a washing machine as well as an iron.
For parking, you can park for free on the street. In front of the house, space is provided for parking up to 4 bicycles.
Ideally located, the rental is situated at:
- 800 m from Nau beach,
- 850 m from the "La Voile d'Or" restaurant,
- 1 km from the "Intermarché" supermarket,
- 1 km from Le Pouliguen train station,
- 1.5 km from the Port of La Baule-Le Pouliguen,
- 4 km from the town of La Baule,
- 7 km from the "Luna park" amusement park,
- 12 km from the "International Barrière La Baule" golf estate
Welcome to Pouliguen! Benoît beach extends into Baule Bay. Swimming, long walks and water sports await you! On the embankment and at the foot of the villas, you can also cycle. After that, you will have well deserved to taste the famous niniches! To change your horizons, you can discover the ramparts of Guérande or the marshes of the Brière Regional Park, a few kilometres away.
