The house was ideal for our needs. Very close to a lovely beach and a short stroll to the riverside shops and restaurants. The neighbourhood was quiet, safe and friendly. We loved renting bikes and exploring the coast. Weather was good so we were mostly out of the apartment but it was a comfortable and very pleasant place to stay. Manuella was very quick to respond and helpful. Highly recommend the house and the area.

Excellent séjour dans un maison agréable à étage très propre et très bien équipée. Elle est idéalement située près de la plage dans un quartier très calme. L'accès au port et au centre ville se fait à pied par un accès le long de la plage totalement sécurisé en une dizaine de minutes.

Sejour magnifique dans une maison, lumineuse, parfaitement équipée et décorée avec soin. Son emplacement est idéal et la maison est réellement située à 50m de la plage et a quelques minutes du centre. L’endroit est tres calme. Manuella est aux petits soins, très réactive sur les réponses aux question. A faire!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Rien ne manque dans cette maison qui bénéficie d'un très bel emplacement proche de la plage. En dépit de la route devant, l'endroit est calme. Un peu petite pour nous 6 mais pour quelques jours cela était convenable. Tres bonne expérience.

Super séjour chez Manuella. Tout est bien pensé et aménagé pour profiter au maximum de la maison et faciliter notre séjour. Grande plage au pied de la maison, à 2 pas du centre du Pouliguen et du sentier côtier (très appréciable pour un petit run :-))

nous recommandons cette location très bien située et très complète. Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner si nous revenons dans la région. Tout est à porter de main, la mer, les commerces, les restaurants, les ballades. Nous avons apprécié le chauffage inclus en ce début d'avril frisqué...et l'accueil à distance mais très disponible de la propriétaire.

Nous y avons passé une semaine, tout était bien. La maison est très bien située, très agréable à vivre on s'y sent bien dès en entrant. Le seul petit bémol est que la salle de bain-Wc se situe en demi niveau (dans l'escalier, pas sur 1 palier), pour ma maman agée la gestion des levers nocturnes a été une inquiétude. Nous recommandons toute fois ce logement.

Maisonnette idéalement située, proche du centre, face à la plage du Nau. On peut tout faire à pied. Très agréable, très joliment décorée, un tourne-disque et quelques chouettes 33 tours, une pièce à vivre familiale, 2 jolies chambres à l'étage. On a pu louer draps et serviettes, un plus quand on voyage en train. SdB très agréable même si l'eau pourrait être un tout petit plus chaude. Séjour parfait pour décompresser quelques jours !
