About this house rental

House of 85m2 located 1km from the church square, 1km from the beach Nau and 1 km from the wild coast. Station at 2km.
Garden of 600m2 closed, sunny all the day. Private driveway for parking 3 cars.
House fully equipped with wifi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue, garden furniture. 3 adult bikes are also available.
On the ground floor:
- Entrance,
- living room: sofa bed 140 (daily bed),
- fitted and equipped kitchen,
- bathroom with shower and cupboard and toilet,
- garage
Upstairs:
- bedroom 1: 1 double bed 140cm + 1 single bed 90,
- bedroom 2: 1 double bed of 180 OR 2 single beds of 90.
- mezzanine: 1 BZ 140cm (extra bed),
- water room with toilet and sink.
Baby equipment: high chair, cot, changing table, bath and sun lounger.
No pets allowed. Non smoking house.

The nice is as the pictures, very nice with a large garden and outdoor furniture. Both city and beach is within 5 minutes with a bicycle. For young childrens there is a lot of tous available in the house. Bedlinen and towels can be rented by the concierge. Perfect house for a lovely summer holiday!

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in Le Pouliguen. Der Strand und das Stadtzentrum mit tollen Restaurants und Geschäften sind ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Gegend. Das Haus war für uns geräumig mit einer großzügigen Küche und einem sehr schönem Badezimmer. Nicht so schön war, dass uns trotz Ankündigung keiner beim Check in erwartete. Fragen konnten wir somit nur per E-Mail klären. Außerdem ließ die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig.

Une belle maison très bien située pour découvrir la région, proche à la fois du centre du Pouliguen et de la côte sauvage. La maison est super, avec beaucoup de jeux pour enfant qui ont beaucoup plus à notre petit garçon de deux ans.

Das Ferienhaus stellt sich da wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und lädt ein, zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt. Dazu trägt auch die gute Ausstattung und die Lage bei. Die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs (Markt, Restaurant, Bäcker), aber auch das Meer und der Hafen sind gut zu Fuß, oder mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern ist freundlich.

Maison ultra conforme. Les propriétaires sont anxieux de notre bon séjour. Les vélos nous ont permis de nous balader. Le jardin est agréable. Le wifi nous a permis de travailler sans aucun problème. Tout est à 1km, la plage, la côte sauvage, le centre ville, on a rejoint la gare à pied. On reviendrait avec plaisir!

Maison calme, agréable, très bien située. Jardin calme également. Bon équipement, et quelques attentions appréciables (les jeux pour enfants ont beaucoup plu !). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Attention toutefois, les grands ont tendance à se cogner la tête à l'étage.

We have had a very nice stay in this accomodation. The owners gave us a warm welcome with Cider and regional cookies. The house is very complete, the kitchen is fully equipped. Because of the size of the guarden all day sun is guaranteed.

La maison est parfaitement équipée pour une famille, des jeux sont à disposition pour les enfants (même une maison dans le jardin!), la cuisine comporte tout ce qu'il faut. Le contact avec les propriétaires est très cordial. Nous avons passé un séjour véritablement idéal, allant à la plage à pied et profitant de la côte.

Impeccable et très bien équipée

Nous venons de passer un excellent weekend de 4 jours dans cette petite maison très bien équipée, dans un quartier résidentiel du Pouliguen. Avec un lit bébé, une table à langer, une baignoire bébé et plein de jouets, la maison est très bien équipée pour les enfants en bas age. Tout est neuf et aménagé avec goût. La literie est de très bonne qualité et on se sent très vite chez soi. Nous pensons revenir très certainement! Merci pour cet excellent séjour!
