Great location within a community while near the resort of La Baule

Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Ce logement était parfait pour notre besoin (1 couple et 2 frères) : spacieux et confortable. Proche port, marché et commerces. Possibilité de rentrer sa voiture et de mettre les vélos à l'abri. Vivres laissés par la propriétaire très appréciés (eaux plate et gazeuse fraîches, sablés, capsules de café, tisanes..).

Petit souci olfactif dans la salle de bain, sans doute passager.

Super séjour

Logement irréprochable, tout équipé, silencieux, propre. Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse, et super accueil ( eau fraîche et petite gâteau à notre arrivé). Nous recommandons ++ ! Tout est à proximité ( boulangerie , mer, commerce, les halles).

Séjour en famille au centre du Pouliguen

Sylvaine est une hôte des plus accueillante. Le séjour n’aurait pas été aussi agréable sans sa gentillesse et ses attentions. L’emplacement est idéal pour un séjour au centre-ville du Pouliguen proche de toutes les commodités. L’appartement est confortable et très bien équipé, tout aussi idéal pour une famille (4 et un chien).

Un appartement idéal, un accueil parfait !

La disponibilité de la propriétaire et ses réponses rapides apportées aux questions lors de la préparation des vacances. Très discrète au cours du séjour, mais facilement joignable, elle a pris le temps de nous saluer au moment de notre départ. Le plateau de courtoisie ainsi que les attentions à notre arrivée (eaux fraîches, sablés artisanaux...), les fleurs plantées la veille pour égayer la jardinière de la chambre, l'attention portée à tous les petits détails, la propreté immaculée : tout était parfait. L'appartement est idéalement situé pour découvrir Le Pouliguen à pied, la possibilité de stationner sur place est vraiment appréciable. Les équipements sont de qualité, et très complets. L'appartement est lumineux, décoré avec goût et très confortable, dans un quartier calme.

Un excellent choix pour un séjour au Pouliguen.

Tout d'abord, ce qui est important, l'accueil par les propriétaires , très sympathiques et attentionnés, petits chocolats , petits gâteaux, eau dans le frigo...L'appartement est parfait, très bien équipé, avec une terrasse privative ( de même que l'accès à l'appartement) Le lit de 160 de large est confortable. Le lieu est tranquille, dans une petite rue située dans le centre du Pouliguen ce qui permet d'aller à pied, en quelques minutes au marché couvert quotidien ( le matin), à une épicerie, à d'autres commerces et à plusieurs restaurants variés. Il y a a aussi deux Intermarchés, l'un au Pouliguen et l'autre au Croisic. Et le point très positif de ce logement est l'emplacement de parking privatif, couvert, dans la cour fermée ce qui n'est pas négligeable, surtout en saison touristique. Bref, c'est une très bonne adresse pour un séjour au Pouliguen et autour.
