About this house rental
The Cocoonr∕Bookandpay agency offers this 81 m² house for rent in the commune of Le Pouliguen, nearby from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 travellers. It comprises a 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 180 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!

- A 30 m² living room with a dining area and two armchairs
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160x200)
- Shower room
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: 4 single beds
- A mezzanine with 1 comfortable sofa bed (140x200)
- Bathroom with bath
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, fan.
Outside:
- A private, enclosed garden of 180 m²
- A 20 m² terrace with furniture for sunny days
The house is ideally located in Le Pouliguen, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- The nearest beach is Scall Bay or Govelle Bay.
- Walks along the marina and coastal path
- Le Pouliguen market with local produce
- Cycling on the cycle paths of the wild coast
