About this house rental

Fully renovated 85 m² house. Very quiet location; on the first floor, an open-concept kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, washing machine, oven, refrigerator and freezer, food processor, and coffee maker..., Living room with a 170-diagonal-inch TV, Wi-Fi, fiber-optic internet, and Freebox, half-bath, and towel warmer. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 with a new 160-bed, bathroom with bathtub and toilet; Bedroom 2 (master suite) with a new 180-bed and en suite shower room. Second floor: Bedroom 3 with two 90-beds. Garden with outdoor seating area, lounge chairs, and a barbecue. Two parking spaces included. East-west facing with two gardens. Security deposit: 1,500 euros. Please bring your own linens, towels, sheets, and pillowcases (rental available for an additional fee).

We were looking forward to this one after a few years of being stuck at home due to the pandemic and we were not let down. Ideally placed in a very calm neighborhood yet only a 10min walk from the beach and harbour. Very good beds, which isn’t always the case with rentals. Keep in mind that if you are bringing your own linens the blankets/covers are double for the bigger beds (260x220). There is an option to rent linens for a fee. Kitchen well equipped, we were only missing an old-fashioned coffee maker but the Dolce Gusto was perfectly fine. Living room also had a very comfortable couch, and a large tv. Not that the TV is that important on holidays but our teenagers loved being able to watch Netflix on the evenings (ok maybe the parents did as well :). Two (3) bathrooms and two showers. One shower a bit on the smaller side but that is usually the case in France. Grocery stores 5 mins away by car (Intermarche and Lidl). I also wish to commend Mr Bezet for being flexible with the dates and for being exceptionally quick to respond to any inquiry we had. All communications were done through the VRBO app. All in all a very good stay and we hope to come back next year!
