About 50 km from Lyon, near the Loire department (23 km from the city of Feurs), beautiful detached house with large terrace, garden and private, heated swimming pool. Outside stairs leading to entrance hall, very large living room opening directly onto terrace (overviewing the swimming pool) and onto a balcony/terrace at the back (fitted kitchen area, dining area, lounge area with TV, football table). Long hall leading to 2 shower rooms, 1 Wc and 5 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 140 x 190 cm double bed) (1 bedroom with 160 x 200 cm double bed or two single beds as wanted) (1 bedrooms for 3 people with bunk beds + single bed) (2 family rooms for 4 people with 1 double bed + bunk beds in each, one has private shower room and private toilets). Cot on request. Lower floor : utility room (storage area), cellar, laundry room (washing machine). Outdoors : large terrace with barbecue, garden furniture & outdoor furniture to front, balcony/terrace at the back, unclosed garden, swimming pool with deckchairss (8m x 4m, available from 30 May to 30 September anf from 10H to 22H), outdoor toilets, shed. Owners are living nearby. On their property, they rent guest rooms and tepees too.
