Large contemporary house (7 bedrooms), totally detached, located about 15 km West of Lyon. Extensive landscaped grounds (4500 sq.m.), several terraces, private swimming pool. On the ground floor (1 step for access) : very large living room with character (relax area, large lounge area opening onto terrace, dining area), open kitchen (direct access to terrace via a few stairs). Laundry room. Separate Wc. Playroom (table football, board games, exercise bike) giving access to 2 double bedrooms with 160cm bed in each (one bedroom has private bathroom including Wc, the other one has private shower room including Wc). 1 three-bedded room (for children, with single bed and bunk beds) with private shower and washbasin. On the raised ground floor : 4 double bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed in each)(2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each, one has private shower and washbasin). Shower room. Separate Wc. Travel cot & high chair on request. Bed linen, towels, household linen and final cleaning included in rent. Internet access via portable box. Outdoors : several terraces (one with awning), summer kitchen, charcoal barbecue, gas-fired plancha, swimming pool (7m x 5m, 1.20 m deep) available from early May to late September, sundeck, sun loungers. Beautiful enclosed park with trees (fig tree, olive tree...), games for children (stilt house, hut, football goals, slide). Parking on the property. Plateau d'Yzeron (with many leisure activities) 9.4 km away, Zoo of Courzieu 10.2 km, Golf Course in La Tour de Salvagny 11.7 km.
