About this cottage rental
A 1st gîte "Le Beauplan 1" for 10 people on 230m² with all the necessary comfort and large room volumes. Living room of 65 m², fully equipped kitchen, 4 large bedrooms with their private bathrooms, beds 90x200 and 160x200. A 2nd gîte of 100m², planned for a maximum of 7 people. Living room of 45 m², fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, beds 90x200. These two gîtes are equipped with central heating and central vacuuming. Covered terrace of 40 m² for your meals outside or rest in the shade and private land of 250m². Easy access 3 km from the A72 exit. Montbrison 15 km away, St-Etienne 30 km away. Located in the countryside, the combination of two gîtes can accommodate 15 to 17 people in two separate spaces with a shared dining area. A superb private swimming pool: a 12x5 pool with a covered shelter, in a 300 m² walled area with a pool house (reserved for gîte occupants, no guests). Located on the owner's farm with a shop selling vacuum-packed Charolais beef, ready to eat or freeze: a guarantee of quality and a delicious meal!
