Located in the heart of the peaceful little village of Saint-Clément-de-Vers, on the border of Saône-et-Loire, this is the perfect spot to gather with family or friends for a weekend or a vacation in the countryside. Housed in a fully restored building, which also features a bar/restaurant (open only on weekdays and for lunch), the guesthouse combines the charm of stone walls with modern comforts. It can accommodate up to 15 people in 5 bedrooms, with the option of a partial rental for 7 people (3 bedrooms). On the first floor: entryway/closet. A large, inviting living area opening onto a terrace with a lovely view of the countryside, featuring a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, and a foosball table. Restroom. The sitting area is currently being furnished. Upstairs, there are 3 spacious bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed; 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each), a bathroom with 2 sinks and 2 showers, and 1 separate toilet. Then there are 2 family rooms for 4 people (4 single beds in each), 1 bathroom with 1 shower, 1 toilet, and 2 sinks. One bathroom with two sinks, one bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, and a toilet. Outside: a terrace with patio furniture, on an unfenced property. Far from the hustle and bustle of the city, you’ll appreciate the peace and quiet of the surroundings. Playgrounds for children, hiking trails starting from the village—perfect for walks or bike rides. Nearby, discover the Col des Écharmeaux between the Rhône and Saône-et-Loire departments, Mont Saint-Rigaud—nicknamed the “roof of the Rhône”—and Beaujeu: the historic capital of the Beaujolais region. In the village, you can rent the community hall for your festive gatherings, as well as three “chalet-style” vacation rentals, each accommodating six people.
