The home provides beach chairs, towels, sand toys, a beach cart, umbrella, brand new Weber grill within fenced backyard. Outdoor shower to rinse off the sun & sand. Private parking. Dog-friendly for pups 20 lbs or under or breed preapproval. 25 yr old adults or older only to book. Beach taxi available as well as a roundtrip trolley system for only $5/day. St Pete Beach & the famous John’s Pass only a 5 min drive. 15 minutes to downtown St Pete. Only 35 min from Tampa airport.
