Located on pristine Sunset Beach in Treasure Island, this corner unit, top-floor, two-level, two balconies, beach front condo gives everything you need for a picture-perfect Florida vacation. (Please note the pool is currently not in service at this location)
Relax on the quiet, soft, sandy beach. A Fantastic place for your winter getaway.

-- Primary Bedroom with king size bed, en-suite bath, and private beachfront walk-out balcony
-- Guest Bedroom with two Twin size beds
-- Raised dining area (so that you can get great views of the Bay while seated) off of the fully equipped, updated kitchen
-- Spacious living room area, with beachfront views. Queen size sleep sofa.
-- Laundry facilities located on each floor
-- Free high-speed WiFi service and cable TV
All linens and towels provided (bath and beach). Free parking for one car only.
Please note:
-- Sunset Chateau is a non-smoking resort. There are smoking areas nearby in the garage area, but smoking is not allowed in any part of the building (including the balconies).
-- Due to damage from the hurricanes of late 2024, the pool at this location is not in service at this time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, I had forgot how much I loved sunset beach! This condo was clean and very convenient, we loved being right on the beach!

This condo was in the perfect location. The beach was gorgeous. Close to things we wanted to see and do. The condo could be awesome with a little extra love:
-carpet needs replacing
-hot water heater adjusted (my child burned their hand)
-Freezer- the handle had fallen off
-oven- the handle falls off
-overall- could use some bleach and a good coat of paint.
-stairs- super steep and narrow
Patio- no furniture to sit and enjoy the view
When we arrived there was no parking pass. I alerted the staff and they responded very quickly to bring us a pass.
Views from the condo are incredible all the way around.
