Sunset Beachfront Bliss Wake Up to Waves & Gulf Views! New heated Pool!

This property is very well taking care of, the furnishings are very confortable and full of little details that made you fill special and welcome. The apartment was spotless clean and fully appliances provided. The views from the apartment are amazing, specially the sunsets, is difficult to describe the colors of the Sun disappearing over the waters of the Gulf. The views are unobstructed as the property seats in front of the beach. Is a perfect place to relax and let it go. There is no parties or traffic noises which lends to a very peaceful night sleep. The only noice is the one caused by waves of the sea against the white sands of the shores. This is a place to fully enjoy your vacation with a lot peace and confort. Restaurants and grocery shopping are all near by, making the location a very handy one. To finish this note if you wanted a vacation to relax and enjoy life without stress or rushing this is the place to do so. In the other hand if you are looking for adrenaline rushing and great adventure this maybe not. I will be back hopefully wit the blessing of this welcoming and thoughtful owners.

This stay has to be in my top three stays of all time. The host contacted us before we began our trip with information about the area and what we might want. They also informed us what would be available within the unit. I never had any issue reaching out to the host and getting a timely response; including letting us back in for some left items (we weren't that far out so wouldn't interfere with upcoming reservations). I applaud and am very grateful for such kind and considerate hosts.The unit was clean and included just about everything we might have needed. I couldnt have asked for a better view. It was beautiful. This complex is used by both renters and owners but we didnt see a difference. And there's an elevator for those that can't or dont enjoy using the stairs. We ate out a bit and didnt cook this trip so we didnt utilize the kitchen items. While not home, the beds were comfortable and allowed for a full night sleep. Also included in the unit were items for the beach for all ages. We loved it.I am looking forward to returning. Hopefully sooner rather than later. If you get the chance, go for this property. You'll thank yourself later. I'd say comfortably fits 4 but up to 7 plus a portal crib (in the room) without to much more hassle. We were two this trip.

This beachfront property was perfect for my family's weeklong vacation. It was very welcoming and Brian, our host, was amazing. Very communicative and accommodating. We had plans to visit other areas around the St. Pete/Treasure Island area and just ending up spending our time at the beach right in front of us because it was so wonderful. We saw dolphins and manatees swim right passed us.When we were unfortunately in a car accident and unable to get around, Brian was quick to offer up any help he could offer to us. It was comforting to know that help was there when we were so far from family and home.I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. We will definitely be back again! The condo was immaculate. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with small appliances, dishes, tableware, etc. There were multiple beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards plus beach toys for kids. There was nothing we needed that wasn't readily available for indoors and outdoors. From our deck we even got to enjoy some dolphins swimming past early in the morning plus sunsets in the evening. Brian was always accessible before and during our trip. He answered any questions immediately. He checked on us after the first night to be sure all was well. We would not hesitate to go back. In fact, one member of our party intends to take her family back in the fall.
