About this apartment rental

Beautiful and directly on the beach. Brand new condo with flares of the island mixed with granite. Be on Island time directly on Sunset Beach, Treasure Island on the Gulf of Mexico Beachfront. Unobstructed turquoise open water views. A short walk to famous barefoot beach bar called 'Caddy's on the Beach'. Watch the dolphins swim by from the balcony and your window! King size bed and Queen pull out.

We were able to get in the condo easily enough. The view of the beach was great from the windows. The beach access was very nice; we walked the beach every morning. Chairs, towels, and coolers were provided for our use. Parking was provided. The condo was clean and pleasant. The kitchen had the necessary appliances and all were working. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit on the small side, but it was very clean and everything worked. The AC worked well and there were ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. There were TVs in the bedroom and living room. The condo was pretty quiet except for one day with some major construction next door. I contacted the owner and they were quiet the next 2 days. There are some restaurants and bars nearby.
