Welcome to Island Paradise! This corner 1 BR 1 BA unit is perfect for your next getaway. With water views from each end of the unit, you won't miss the beautiful sunrise and sunsets each day. This private unit is centrally located on Sunset Beach in Treasure Island. Local restaurants and bars as close as a 5-minute walk. Perfect location for food, drinks, and live music with even more options along the coast. Minutes away from grocery and pharmacy stores. All that you need for a relaxing trip!
Living Room: Living room provides ample seating with a recliner chair and couch. Couch pulls out to a queen size bed for extra sleeping space. Smart TV with streaming capabilities. Books, board games and a blu-ray player provided.
Dining: Table for 4 with extra seating at the breakfast bar.
Kitchen: All the necessities - Fridge, oven, stovetop, microwave, and Keurig coffee bar. Utensils and cookware provided. Blender and teapot available.
Bathroom: Walk-in shower. Hairdryer provided.
Master Bedroom: King sized bed overlooking the intercoastal waters. Plenty of closet space and dresser storage.
Children/Infants: Pack and Play provided (Gust must bring sheets and padding). Children suction bowls and plates, spoons, and no-spill sippie cups provided. Toddler booster seat with attached table provided. Protective outlet covers placed in all unused outlets.
Balcony: Shared balcony with 180-degree ocean views. Outdoor chairs provided. Since this is a corner unit, there is much more room to relax and soak up the views.
Laundry: Shared laundry on each floor. Washer and dryer takes debit/credit cards or quarters. Drying rack provided in unit for clothes or towels to air dry.
Pool: Cool down with a dip in the beachfront pool!
Beach: Steps away from the sand! Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels provided. Tables and charcoal grill located on the beach.
Accessibility and Safety: This is a 3rd floor unit and there are stairs located next to the unit as well as elevators in the middle of the building. Fire and carbon monoxide detectors are maintained in the unit. First-aid kit provided.
Transporation and Parking: 1 parking spot provided on property. Uber/Lyft accessible. Easily walk to local bars and restaurants for food, drinks and live music. Free local beach ride available.

All around a perfect beach getaway

First and foremost, the hosts are the most wonderful, responsive, attentive people! Every question my wife and I had was responded to almost immediately. We arrived our first day and we actually got there 3 hours before check-in, I texted the hosts and asked if we could check in early (we would have just driven around if not) but they got us right in as soon as we got there! Check-in was easy, and check-out was easy. They keep the place in immaculate condition as well!As for the property, it matched the quality of the hosts. As I said, it was immaculate, super clean, bright and well decorated. Bed was super soft too. While we spent a lot of time on the beach or exploring the area, we also ended up relaxing quite a bit inside the condo. And unlike some properties we saw on Vrbo that said they were "beachfront", this place was actually beachfront. Beach was peaceful and quiet throughout the day, unexpected for Treasure Island area, and was actually somewhere around 100 steps from the property. And the views were great!One thing we were unsure about but we're pleasantly surprised was the laundry situation. We were on vacation for a week, and I believe the description said there was coin operated laundry, but luckily or us, people who carry no cash ever, it had card swipes! If my wife and I are ever back in the area, we will absolutely book this place again. We have only the best things to say, and this place truly helped make our first vacation one we will remember forever
