We truly enjoyed our stay at Richard's place! The beach was so close which was our number 1 priority! The proximity to the shops/restaurants near St Pete Beach was also great! Everything was clean and there were plenty of beach towels and a few chairs we were able to bring to the beach! There was no wagon that we saw, but with only a 2 minute walk to the beach it was super easy to take two trips either way. We would definitely stay here again!

The home was lovely. When we arrived there was trash on a balcony and broken items in the kitchen/ living room area. Our biggest complaint was the listing stated there was a pack and play, baby gates and strollers. We did not bring any of these items and they did not exist in the home. The info book in the home mentioned they were in the garage but they were not. We ended up purchasing a pack and play, that we also had to pay to bring home. With 2 sets of stairs, missing baby gates was a challenge too. The location was fabulous. The host was communicative but I'm not sure they visit the property often enough.
