Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We’ve made several trips to the Gulf Coast and this was by far the best. It had everything we needed & was in very good condition when we arrived. I can't believe we booked it for what we did considering it was Easter week. The location was incredible. We've never stayed somewhere right on the water like that which made all the difference in the world. We spent at least twice as much time at the beach than previous trips where we'd be across the street and could easily communicate with our kids from the balconies. The beach is in amazing shape. We had it almost entirely to ourselves the whole week.Some big pluses were the locking/alarm system (it can chime any time someone opens the door), the overall layout (e.g. all 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor & having a 3rd bathroom including 1 exclusive to the master bedroom), upstairs/downstairs balconies, restaurants/playground nearby, garbage disposal/dishwasher, nice washer/dryer, and the 7-11 across the street.The managers were extremely responsive. We were confused with the lock when we arrived and connected with someone right away via phone at 6pm on a Sunday.We do a lot of cooking; only kitchen stuff we could have used was a casserole dish & pizza pan/pizza cutter. It also had things we weren't expecting which was helpful (e.g. laundry detergent/dish detergent).One thing to be aware of is that backing out onto Gulf Boulevard can be challenging. I didn't end up doing this, but backing in is probably preferable.

Never once has vacasa let me down. i have tried a few other companies that do this before finding Vacasa! Treasure island for me is one of best places in Florida thus Far. The beach is back yard in this place and the view from rooms outstanding bteath taking. The condo was very spacious and has every thing you need to function for vacation life. the staff is amazing if needing them so attentive if need anything . Absolutely another amazing vacation i feel awesome back to grindstone but im recharged and ready!! Will be returning next year and fact you can bring the pooch made it over top. My lil tanky was jumping waves cant say enough great things!!

We had a nice stay. Property lacked beach amenities to enjoy but listing also didn’t mention so their absence was not surprising. A few chairs on upper level would have been nice too. Great spot on the beach. House is a bit outdated but we enjoyed the beach and area and wasn’t planning on being inside much. Overall still a very nice location and a lot of potential still untapped
