A light-filled, open-concept entryway and living area with direct access to the terrace offers an unobstructed view of nature and Lake Plau, along with a sense of freedom and the great outdoors.
The equally spacious and light-filled living and dining area, featuring an open kitchen and an equally unobstructed view of the evening sun, creates a stylish ambiance.

Just like these features, individually adjustable floor heating and a fireplace provide pleasant warmth on cooler days. You can also relax in the cozy living area with a couch in front of a 48-inch flat-screen TV.
A fully equipped kitchen gives every home cook the opportunity to create culinary delights on their own. All the necessary high-quality appliances—including a convection stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic cooktop, plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, and many other useful kitchen utensils—are provided in ample quantities.
At an extendable dining table with seating for 6–8 people, you can enjoy the culinary delights in a modern setting during a cozy get-together, or watch the sunset while sipping a glass of wine and playing a board game.

Also on the lower floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a spa shower, sink, and toilet. An open staircase and the open bridge located above the living area lead you to the two bedrooms on the upper floor. Each of these bright rooms, equipped with a skylight, a double bed (160×200), and a wardrobe (80×200), has an adjoining bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, sink, and toilet.

This non-smoking house is suitable for 1–6 people; additionally, there is the option to add an extra bed in each of the two upper rooms using a portable baby crib. Parking spaces and a lockable storage room for your bicycles are available.
The south-facing terrace is furnished with a table and 6 chairs, a 3.0-meter umbrella, and a grill. For recreational activities, you can use two bicycles, various balls, and other games for all ages.
