The exclusively furnished living area, with access to a covered terrace offering unobstructed views of the forest and an adjoining garden, creates a wonderful, cozy atmosphere, which is further enhanced by the high-quality fireplace. Here, you can relax on the cozy couch corner in front of a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen, integrated into this room, features high-quality appliances including a convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots and pans, as well as many useful cooking utensils. A dining table seats 8 people. A total of 2 luxurious bathrooms are at your disposal. The high-end wellness bathroom No. 1 on the upper floor features a bathtub, a floor-level, glass-enclosed Raindance shower, a designer vanity, a towel warmer, and a toilet. Bathroom No. 2 on the first floor is wheelchair-accessible and also features a walk-in, glass-enclosed wellness shower, a sink, and a toilet. Both bedrooms on the upper floor are each furnished with a comfortable double bed (one of which is a box-spring bed) and a closet with ample storage space for your vacation wardrobe, as well as a TV. The wheelchair-accessible bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a double bed (with an electric nursing bed insert if needed), a closet, and a TV. This non-smoking vacation home is perfect for 1–6 people. In addition, there is space for a baby (7th person) in a travel crib. Parking spaces are available right next to the house.
