This modern and tastefully furnished duplex apartment is located in Building 6, on the waterfront of the harbor village of Plau am See.
Two south-facing balconies invite you to relax. From there, you can enjoy views of Lake Plau, the new harbor, the observation tower, and the Elde estuary.
The 103 m² living space spans two floors. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious bathroom with natural light and a floor-level shower, a bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a large dining-living area with an integrated kitchenette, and a large balcony.
The attic features a bathroom with natural light and a bathtub, as well as two additional bedrooms, each with a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m). The stunning bedroom facing the lake also has access to another balcony. From here, you’ll be captivated by a magnificent view of Lake Plau. In the cozy balcony chairs, you can unwind with a good glass of wine and leave the stresses of everyday life behind.
The apartment is ideal for six people. An extra bed for two additional guests is available on the sleeper sofa in the living room.
All windows and patio doors are equipped with electric insect screens.
A crib and a high chair can be booked free of charge. Please bring your own bedding, as well as pillows and a blanket for the child.
The harbor village of Plau am See has limited traffic. A parking space is available within sight of the apartment, on the outskirts of the harbor village. Luggage can be transported using handcarts provided on-site. A boat slip can be booked for an additional fee.
