Three balconies (facing south and west) invite you to relax. From the west-facing balcony, you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets, and from the two south-facing balconies, you have a magnificent view of Lake Plau, the new harbor, the observation tower, and the Elde estuary.

The 108 m² living space spans two floors. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a box-spring bed (sleeping area 1.80 m x 2.00 m), a large dining-living area with an integrated kitchenette, a spacious bathroom with natural light and a walk-in shower, and two large balconies (facing south and west).
On the second floor, there is a second bathroom with natural light and a bathtub, another bedroom with a box-spring bed (sleeping area 1.80 m x 2.00 m), and a living room with a sleeper sofa and access to the third balcony.

The apartment is ideal for four people (2 bedrooms). The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two additional guests.
All windows and patio doors are equipped with electric insect screens.
A crib and a high chair can be booked free of charge. Please bring your own bedding, pillows, and blankets for these items.
