This 103-square-meter, four-room duplex apartment is located in Building 5, in the second row of the lakeside village of Plau am See. The parking space is located right next to the building. Here, 2–6 people can enjoy a comfortable vacation close to the water.
From the two south-facing balconies, you can enjoy the view over the harbor basin and the lake.
The living space spans two floors. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious bathroom with natural light and a walk-in shower, a bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a large dining-living area with an integrated kitchenette, and a large balcony. In the attic, you’ll find a bathroom with natural light and a bathtub, as well as two additional bedrooms, each with a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m). The bedroom facing the lake also has access to a second balcony.
All windows and patio doors are equipped with electric mosquito screens, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep even with the windows open.
A crib and a high chair can be booked free of charge. Please bring your own bedding, as well as pillows and a blanket for the child.
