About this house rental
The comfortable Matti vacation home is situated in a prime location, right next to the lake, about 70 m from the swimming beach.
The vacation home, with 98 m² of living space and approximately 40 m² of usable space in the basement for fitness and leisure, is equipped to a high standard with a sauna, fitness equipment, a bathtub with whirlpool function, a wood-burning stove, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a dryer.
The spacious southwest-facing terrace, with a view across a nature reserve to the lake, features garden furniture (8 chairs and a table), 4 lounge chairs, a patio umbrella, and a charcoal grill, as well as a transparent windbreak in the seating area. A second terrace is located on the other side of the house, sheltered by a hedge and privacy screens, and furnished with a Mediterranean-style stone seating set.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, and the living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen.
On the upper floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and a crib, another bedroom with a double bed and a sleeper sofa, and a bathroom.
Charging the batteries of electric or hybrid cars using the house’s electrical supply is prohibited.

Basement: Hallway, 1 fitness room with treadmill, cross-trainer, exercise bike, and rowing machine, 1 room with sauna, shower, and sink, washer and dryer, 1 room with 2 loungers and satellite TV for relaxing after the sauna and workout. Wi-Fi is available.
Bedding and towels can be booked separately.
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
