About this house rental

On 200 square meters you will find everything your heart desires: three bedrooms, two terraces, two bathrooms and a consistently modern and comfortable interior.

The open living and dining area impresses with its generous flair and there is nothing missing in the fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, electric stove, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are of course available. By the way, from the kitchen-cum-living room with a large flat-screen TV, you can access the beautiful, furnished breakfast terrace.

On the upper floor there is another living area with a cozy seating area, with a 3D flat screen TV - and with access to the second terrace, equipped with a beach chair and a beautiful, direct view of the lake.

Even parking here is pure relaxation: two parking spaces are available directly at the beach house. And it is only a few steps to the sandy beach of Lake Plauer.

Lage, Einrichtung und Ausstattung des Hauses sind absolut top - direkt am Seeufer quasi, kaum 20m zu Fuss vom kleinen Garten hinterm Haus bis ins Wasser. Die Einrichtung ist sehr elegant und modern, nichts ist abgewohnt oder verbraucht; stabiler Esstisch samt Stühlen in der Wohnküche, ebenso stabiler Tisch und Stühle draußen im Garten. Auf der Terrasse im 1.OG Lounge-Ecke und Strandkorb, auch sehr gut in Schuss. Kühl-/Gefrierkombi mit Eis(würfel)spender, Spülmaschine etc. alles vorhanden. Geschirr und Besteck, Töpfe etc. ebenfalls in rauen Menge vorhanden. Playstation + Brettspiele liegen bereit, für die Kleinen gibt's gleich zwei Kinderstühle und ein Laufgitter - all das muss man also nicht mitschleppen. Zwei große, nein riesige TV-Geräte in der Wohnküche und der Leseecke sowie in jedem Schlafzimmer ein weiteres Gerät. Platz in den Schränken im Schlafzimmer ausreichend. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr, sehr nett und freundlich und zügig. Wir (fünf Freunde aus unterschiedlichen Ecken Deutschlands) können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Das perfekte Haus am See

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern und Oma im Strandhaus. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Es ist für alles gesorgt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist riesig. Der Kicker im Eingangsbereich hat auch bei Regenwetter für gute Stimmung gesorgt. Brötchen holen war fussläufig in nicht mal 10 min. zu erreichen, der See ist direkt vor der Nase. Ansonsten ist im Ort nicht viel - was ja dem Ruhesuchenden ganz recht ist. Für Action muss man ins Auto oder aufs Fahrrad steigen und ein wenig fahren. Das einzige, was vielleicht noch toll wäre, wäre die Möglichkeit im Haus ein SUP oder Kanu o.ä. zu haben. Es war an dem einzigen Tag, an dem es richtig warm und sonnig war leider unmöglich spontan ein Boot (egal in welcher Form) zu leihen. Da muss man lange vorplanen.

Die Unterkunft hat alle Erwartungen, der gesamten Familie, voll erfüllt, teilweise sogar übertroffen. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts, alles ist in einer top Qualität. Die Lage ist ruhig und lädt zum Wandern ein. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und freundlich. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist das langsame W-Lan, besonders im oberen Bereich der Wohnung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, und es jedem empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in einer tollen Lage direkt am See

Wir (2 Paare) haben 8 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht ( und noch viel mehr, sogar ein Waffeleisen z. B. ). Die Räume sind alle sehr großzügig geschnitten und es gibt 4 Fernseher. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig. Die privaten Stellplätze und die Fahrradhütte runden das Ganze perfekt ab. Dazu gibt es auf der wunderschönen Terrasse noch Sonne pur bis zum abendlichen Sonnenuntergang direkt über dem See..... Wir hatten herrliches spätsommerliches Traumwetter und haben wunderschöne Radtouren um die verschiedenen Seen durch unberührte Natur unternommen. Auch um einige Städte (z. B. Rostock, Güstrow, Waren, Röbel etc.) zu erkunden, ist Lenz ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Dás einzige kleine Minus ist das langsame Internet, das auch leider nur im Erdgeschoss funktioniert. Aber das kann man im Urlaub auch mal verschmerzen.... Wir alle haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können dieses Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, viel Licht und Platz. Der Clou ist die Terrasse im ersten Stock mit Blick über den See und auf den Sonnenuntergang. Sehr nette Umgebung, mit ein paar Restaurants, Bootsverleih, und Schiffsanleger ganz in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Unser Kurztrip übers Wochenende war rundum perfekt. Lage und Beschaffenheit des Objektes - einfach super. Hervorzuheben ist das Entgegenkommen der Familie Rüter bzgl. früherer Anreise und späterer Abreise - wir reisten im Februar, weit außerhalb der Saison, daher war das möglich. Das Haus ist einfach wunderschön, top ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Die direkte Strandlage ist ein ganz großer Pluspunkt. Danke für die tollen Tage - ich komme definitiv wieder. :)

Das Haus bietet alles, was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Sooo viel Platz, gemütlich und wirklich klasse ausgestattet. Lediglich ein kleines Bad oder auch nur WC, in der oberen Etage, wäre toll gewesen( wir, 4 Erwachsene, Mitte 60) Alles andere war wirklich perfekt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr besonderes Ferienhaus, das großzügig und geschmackvoll gestaltet ist -innen und außen. Die gute Lage am Ostufer des Sees und die gemütliche Infrastruktur drum her rum tragen zur Erholung bei - vor allem die Sonnenuntergänge mit einem Getränk im Strandkorb sind ein toller Genuss. Auf der Suche nach einer Unterkunft für ein verlängertes Wochenende sind wir (4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder 1 1/2 Jahre) auf dieses Objekt gestoßen. Laut Fotos und Beschreibung schien es passend zu sein. Was wir jedoch vorfanden war ein absoluter Traum. Die Lage, direkt am See, rundherum Natur, Ruhe (mitte Oktober) und alles vorhanden um den Alltag hinter sich zulassen. Die Einrichtung, Größe und Ausblick lassen keine Wünsche offen. Ein kleiner Hafen befindet sich ca 10min zu Fuß entfernt. Hier empfiehlt es sich ein Boot zu mieten um die Gegend vom Wasser aus zu erkunden. Alles in allem gibt es ausreichend Möglichkeiten um keine Langeweile zu haben. Der Ort und die Unterkunft bieten beste Voraussetzungen um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wir haben hier unseren perfekten Kurzurlaub gefunden und können es nur weiterempfehlen.
