About this house rental
Facing south, with a view of the forest by Lake Plau, the Phil vacation home is located not far from the swimming beach and Lenzer Harbor, with its dining options, such as the Lenzer Krug.
If you’re planning a long weekend, a family reunion, or a boating or cycling trip, then you’ve come to the right place. We offer you the opportunity to take long walks through nature or exciting bike tours around Lake Plau, as well as trips to various nearby amusement parks, such as the Monkey Park or the Bear Forest. The vacation homes, each 70 square meters in size and modernly and generously furnished, are the perfect places to relax.
The spacious and light-filled living and dining area, featuring an open kitchen and an unobstructed view of nature, creates a stylish atmosphere.
Individually adjustable floor heating ensures pleasant warmth even on cooler days.
The extendable dining table seats 6 people for a cozy get-together, where you can enjoy the kitchen’s delicacies in a modern setting or watch the sunset over a glass of wine and a board game.
The shower room is also located on the lower floor. Upstairs, in addition to a cozy hallway that serves as a quiet reading area, there is also a bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet. Each of the two bedrooms upstairs is equipped with a double bed (160×200) and a closet.
This non-smoking house is suitable for 1–4 people; additionally, there is the option to add an extra bed in each of the two upper rooms using a portable baby crib. Parking spaces and a lockable storage room for your bicycles are available. A sauna house rounds out your stay and relaxation in the great outdoors.
The south-facing terrace is equipped with a table, 6 chairs, and a grill. For sports and recreation, you can rent bicycles on the premises, and various balls and other recreational games are available for guests of all ages.
