About this house rental

On 200 square meters you will find everything your heart desires: Three bedrooms, two terraces, two bathrooms and a consistently modern and comfortable facilities.

The open plan living and dining area features a spacious atmosphere and the fully equipped kitchen nothing is missing: dishwasher, electric oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle are naturally present. From the kitchen with a large flat screen TV you get way directly on the beautiful, furnished breakfast terrace.

Upstairs is another living area with comfortable seating, with 3D flat-panel TVs - and with access to the second terrace, equipped with a beach chair and wonderful, direct view of the lake.

Self parking is here pure relaxation: right on the beach house there is a parking space available. And to the sandy beach of Lake Plauer is also just a few steps.

Ein fantastisches Haus wird hier von Familie Rüter geboten. Es befindet sich keine 20 m vom Plauer See entfernt direkt hinter dem Strand in Lenz. Die Kinder waren in weniger als einer Minute im Wasser. Genauso wie die Erwachsenen mit ihren SUPs. Die Sonne geht über dem See unter und man hat die schönsten Untergänge, denen man sogar auf dem Wasser entgegen paddeln kann. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und riesengroß. Familie Rüter antwortet auf Fragen sehr schnell. Einkaufen dann in Malchow, genauso wie Gaststätten. Immer wieder gerne nach Lenz.

Ein sehr schönes Haus ,es war alles was man in Urlaub brauch. Lage super ,wir sind viel Fahrrad gefahren die Bezeichnung von Radwegen noch zu Wünsche ist, wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen , Gruß J.M.
