“Moin” is a greeting commonly used among the Kashubians, particularly in northern Germany, southern Denmark, and northern Poland, and can be used at any time of day or night. And so we welcome you to this lovingly furnished vacation apartment.
You can reach the “Moin” vacation apartment on the first floor via an elevator, ensuring barrier-free access. From the balcony, you can see the sea beyond the dunes, through the pine and birch trees. Both bedrooms face the Baltic Sea—here, you’ll be greeted by the morning sun, and in the evening, the gentle sound of the waves will lull you to sleep. Equipped with two double beds and a pull-out sofa in the living room, the apartment offers a relaxing atmosphere for up to six people. Two bathrooms, each with a shower and a toilet, offer plenty of space to freshen up after a long hike through the dunes or a swim in the Baltic Sea. In the en suite bathroom, you’ll find ample space at the double sink to enjoy your morning routine and evening skincare. In the second bedroom, we’ve set up a desk for your stay or home office.
Fully equipped, the kitchen offers plenty of space to prepare delicious meals, which you can enjoy at the dining table or on the balcony. The living room and bedrooms offer plenty of entertainment options, perfect for gathering with the family in the evening to wind down after a long day.

Our Stubnitz house exudes its very own charm thanks to its proximity to the brick “Red Wall.” This is where the first section of the kilometer-long sandy beach—which runs from Binz to Prora—ends, before continuing again beyond the “Red Wall.” Haus Stubnitz features a direct passage to the beach for our guests. Our agency, PRORA.COM,, is also located at the front of the building on the gable end, where we warmly welcome our vacationers.
