This 102 m² duplex apartment—which is ideal for families—is at your disposal. There’s plenty of room for everyone here. Even your four-legged friend is warmly welcome.

On the first floor, a large living and dining area welcomes you and offers plenty of space to relax. The open-concept kitchen invites you to cook and chat together. A spiral staircase leads you to the first floor. Here you’ll find two bedrooms, each sleeping two people, and the bathroom with a toilet. One bedroom offers a view of the ocean when you stand on the balcony.
From the terrace, it’s just a few meters to the beach, where the kids can have a wonderful time digging and building sandcastles—or maybe even learn to swim?! The 18 m² terrace is perfect for a family barbecue. From here, it’s also not far to the dog-friendly beach. Of course, a free parking space is available for you. This is a non-smoking apartment.

Our Stubnitz house exudes its very own charm thanks to its proximity to the brick “Red Wall.” This is where the first section of the kilometer-long sandy beach—which stretches from Binz to Prora—ends, before continuing again past the “Rote Mauer.”
Haus Stubnitz features a direct passage to the beach for our guests, and for animal lovers, the path leads straight to the dog beach. Our agency, PRORA.COM,, is also located at the front of the building on the gable end, where we warmly welcome our vacationers.
