Find your favorite spot in the “Sea, Sun, Wind” vacation rental with its maritime charm. You’ll find a light-filled and lovingly furnished apartment totaling 80 m², located right behind the dune—a dream in every season—on what is arguably the most beautiful Baltic Sea beach on Germany’s largest island, Rügen. The white sandy beach, with its clear water, always invites you to enjoy a wonderful day by the sea. Early risers can choose to enjoy the sunrise on the pebble-free beach or from the balcony of the vacation rental.
In this cozy apartment, equipped with Wi-Fi and underfloor heating, you’ll find two bedrooms—each with a double bed—for a comfortable night’s sleep, and the living room can accommodate two additional guests on a pull-out bed. The central living-dining area offers plenty of space for four to six people at the large dining table as well as on the comfortable couch. The balcony facing the sea features a table and six chairs, which also invite you to relax or enjoy a meal together—meals you can prepare yourself in the fully equipped kitchen.
Two modern bathrooms ensure you can relax stress-free and choose between a shower or a bathtub. The heated windowsills are a cozy spot to keep an eye on the view, read one of the books provided, or simply relax. You can park in front of the house in the private parking lot and take the elevator conveniently up to the third floor.
Our Stubnitz House exudes its very own charm near the brick “Red Wall.” This is where the first section of the kilometer-long sandy beach—which stretches from Binz to Prora—ends, before continuing again beyond the “Red Wall.” Haus Stubnitz features a direct access path to the beach for our guests, and for animal lovers, the path leads straight to the dog-friendly beach.
Our agency, Prora.com,, is also located at the front of the building on the gable end, where we warmly welcome our vacationers.
