This exceptional beach apartment with direct beach access is situated right on the fine, white sandy beach of Prorer Wiek on the sunny island of Rügen.

Your 3-room vacation home is approximately 67 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 people. It features 2 cozy bedrooms (2 double beds) and a shower room. The bedrooms can be darkened with blackout pleated blinds. The cozy living area is approximately 30 square meters and features a sleeper sofa for two people, as well as a modern kitchenette. The spacious living area has a private terrace and is just a few steps away from the white sandy beach through the romantic dune forest.

Due to construction activity in the area, the rental price has already been reduced. Prora is a major construction site. Construction activity, noise, and dust are to be expected on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The neighboring house, Hiddensee, is directly adjacent to the Granitz house and should have been handed over to the new owners by now.
