In front of the apartments lies a beautiful garden landscape featuring native flora and fauna. A small pine forest shields you from the beach and ensures privacy.
Breathe in the history of Prora. Most of the apartment is located in the original loft-style “Liegehallen,” where the windows span the entire width of the room. The seaside bedroom with an adjoining en-suite bathroom is situated in the original sleeping area, where a deep windowsill allows you to gaze out at the dunes from your bed. There are only a few apartments that span both sections of the building, which makes this vacation rental even more unique. The historic character has been preserved in the seaside bedroom by restoring the original concrete wall, complete with its porthole.
This modern and lovingly furnished non-smoking apartment is located on the first floor of the “Zudar” building in Block III. Upon entering the living room, you’ll look out through the huge window front with a sliding door onto the large balcony facing the sea. The sun-drenched apartment has two bedrooms, both featuring a box-spring double bed (180x200 cm) and a desk with a LAN connection. The living room also features a leather sofa with an integrated mattress (140x190 cm). All windows can be blacked out. A variety of comforters and pillows are provided for optimal sleeping comfort. Insect screens and fans in both bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep even in summer. The spacious dining table is the perfect place for the family to gather. Right next to it, you can prepare delicious meals in a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Two high-quality bathrooms with showers and toilets provide plenty of privacy. The spacious closet offers ample room for jackets and shoes.

This makes the apartment ideal for families and groups of up to 6 people. The children will especially love the fine-sand beach, which is perfect for digging and building sandcastles. You can easily transport your beach gear to the beach using a handcart, and drinks will stay nice and cool in a cooler bag. Right near the apartment, you’ll find a high ropes course, a large and modern EDEKA supermarket, a bike rental shop, and various restaurants and stores. The apartment itself is equipped with several board games, books, and outdoor games. If you’d like to do laundry during your stay, you’ll appreciate the washing machine in the storage closet on the same floor. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available, as are child safety covers for the low-level outlets. Dogs are welcome and will enjoy a dog bed, a small crate, various bowls, and a dog-friendly beach right nearby.

You have the option to use a bicycle free of charge to explore the enchanting surroundings. The bicycle is located in the bike storage room in the annex.

Prora is particularly appealing due to its central location: You can reach the center of the popular Baltic Sea resort town of Binz—for example, via a lovely walk along the beach—in about 5 kilometers. The beautifully lit pier in Binz is especially enchanting in the evening with its wonderful lighting—just like the famous pier in Sellin, which you can reach from Prora in about 20 minutes by car. It’s just a 15-minute drive to Saßnitz and its famous and impressive chalk cliffs. There’s also a train station and bus stops right nearby. Prora is thus ideally located on the island of Rügen. You can reach the main towns without having to drive far, and you’ll also have the beautiful, fine-sand beach right on your doorstep.
