With three separate bedrooms on one level, there’s plenty of space for up to 4 adults and 2 children without having to compromise.
The apartment features a large, central living and dining area with a color-coordinated design, offering you the chance to relax on the comfortable couch while enjoying a view of the Baltic Sea. The seaside balcony serves as an extension of the living area and lets you enjoy the first rays of sunshine first thing in the morning. A small library and games will make the occasional rainy day fly by. Wi-Fi and underfloor heating are available throughout the entire apartment.
A high-quality, fully equipped kitchen, which blends seamlessly into the living space with its color scheme, leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to cook together or simply enjoy a meal in the spacious dining area.
Two modern bathrooms, located between the bedrooms and thus centrally accessible, provide plenty of space to start your day stress-free—whether you use one of the two large “Rainshower” showers or even the bathtub. The large bathroom is complemented by a washer-dryer integrated into the apartment.
The two ocean-facing bedrooms charm with their unique “Ocean” and “Beach” designs, giving you the feeling of being on vacation as soon as you wake up to the ocean view. Both rooms feature customizable lighting, a smart TV, and the comfort of relaxing in one of the 180-cm box-spring beds. There’s plenty of space for your luggage in the spacious closets.
The “Boathouse,” facing inland and featuring a bunk bed (2 x 90x200), offers a wide view of the Prora climbing forest with its maritime-themed design. A couch also invites you to relax with a book and watch the sunset. A Smart TV completes the furnishings. A crib and a high chair, along with tableware, are available in the apartment.

The “Zudar” house is one of four so-called “Liegehäuser” (beach houses) in Block III in Prora, which is our newest “beach gem” to date. Unlike the standard houses, this one features a particularly open layout with a modern, transparent glass facade facing the Baltic Sea and a continuous balcony area.
