About this house rental
This lovingly and completely renovated vacation home in Eilsum combines the charm of an East Frisian house with the comfort of a modern new build.
Inside, you’ll find a bright, welcoming atmosphere that invites you to settle in and feel right at home. The house accommodates up to six people and is ideal for families, couples, or a relaxing vacation with friends.
On the first floor, there is a cozy bedroom and a new, modern bathroom with a shower that is accessible at ground level. The open-concept living and dining area, complete with a new kitchen, provides plenty of space for spending time together—whether cooking, eating, or relaxing. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and create a pleasant atmosphere.
Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms as well as an extra, newly renovated bathroom with a sink, toilet, and hair dryer.
The non-smoking apartment is child-friendly and comes equipped with a travel crib (with a thick mattress) and a high chair.
Each bedroom has its own TV, so everyone can relax in their own space.
The entire house is equipped with comfortable underfloor heating with individual room controls. The first floor has tile flooring, and the upper floor has high-quality vinyl flooring.
Every window is fitted with fly screens, and all windows are equipped with electric roller shutters. Many outlets throughout the apartment also feature USB An and C ports.
