The attic has been opened up—with the exposed beams, you can dream much bigger and wider!

A solar panel system has been installed; it will heat your shower water during the day, so you can end your day in the evening—after a long day at the beach—with “sun-heated water.”
If you arrive in your electric car, a wallbox is also available for a fee.
