About this house rental
Frisian-style house with approximately 220 square meters of living space for up to 7 people, in a prime location near the dike, the harbor, and the town center. The house is suitable for a large family, including multiple generations.
From the spacious hallway, you enter the utility room, which is equipped with a washing machine (8 kg), a clothes dryer, an ironing board, an iron, and a small freezer; a dog shower is also included. There is also a guest restroom here.
From the hallway, a staircase leads to a separate area on the upper floor. Here you’ll find a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as a small living area with a sofa, armchair, and TV.
On the first floor is the extremely spacious living/dining area with a 55-inch smart TV, Blu-ray player, DSL Wi-Fi guest access, and more. A table that seats up to 10 people, a large sofa, and 2 armchairs invite you to relax and unwind. The fireplace may only be used for a fee.
On the first floor, you’ll find a separate, fully equipped kitchen-dining area with a TV, an East Frisian sofa, two armchairs, and two chairs. It features a gas stove, a built-in oven, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, a drip coffee maker, a toaster, an egg cooker, and much more.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, there is another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a built-in closet, and a large bathroom with a double sink, shower, and bathtub, toilet, and bidet.
The terrace is accessible from both the living room and the kitchen-dining area. It is well-equipped with a patio cover and outdoor furniture. A large garden is available.
One pet is welcome upon request for a fee. A garden shed is available for your bicycles, and there are 3 parking spaces directly next to the house. Bedding and towels are provided upon request for a fee.
