Tolle Lage. Modern eingerichtet. Sehr gute Betten. Aufzug. Große Dusche. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Große Terrasse.
Automatisches Dielenlicht zu empfindlich eingestellt und zu lange aktiv wenn man den Bereich verlassen hat.

Die Lage ist top! Direkt am Deich, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Bahn und zum Hafen, Restaurants um die Ecke, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles in der Nähe. Die Betten sind bequem und neu und alles war sauber. Der überdachte Balkon ist groß mit Blick aufs Meer. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und ist uns preislich sehr entgegengekommen, weil aktuell noch Restbauarbeiten im Gebäude zu machen sind und es dadurch teilweise etwas lauter war. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
Das W-LAN war 2 Tage ausgefallen. Die Türen klemmen und quietschen. Aber das sind alles keine Beeinträchtigungen.

Tolle neue, moderne und schön eingerichtete Appartments mit großem Balkon samt Blick auf Deich & Meer - was will man mehr :) Die Außenanlagen und Eingangsbereich vom Gebäude sind noch nicht fertig gestellt und man wohnt quasi noch auf einer Baustelle. Uns hat es überhaupt nicht gestört und wir freuen uns mal wiederzukommen :) es wird bestimmt fantastisch, wenn erst mal alles fertig ist!

Das Apartment war sehr sauber. Es war in der Küche alles vorhanden. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut. Konnten gut schlafen. Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt. Der Vermieter war sehr schnell erreichbar und vor allem sehr nett.
Schade das außen und innen viel gebaut wurde. Der Vermieter kam uns aber in allen Belangen ohne Probleme entgegen.
