Die Wohnung scheint neu renoviert zu sein, sie ist in sehr gutem Zustand und sehr sauber. Die privaten Parkplätze in dieser Lage sind positiv hervorzuheben. Die Zimmer sind hell und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist äußerst zentral.
Am Esstisch fehlt ein Stuhl. Die Wohnung ist für sechs Personen, da sollte man nicht zu viert auf der Eckbank sitzen müssen. Auch in den Schlafzimmern wäre je ein Stuhl oder Hocker sinnvoll, um seine Klamotten abends ablegen zu können.

Es ist eine schöne große Wohnung mit viel Platz und nem Balkon ,Küche hat E-Geräte Besteck und Geschirr sowie Kochutensilien sind sauber und vorhanden. Auch hat die Wohnung ne super Dusche und eine Badewanne ein Staubsauger ist vorhanden sowie Wischmop und Besen . Der Strand und der Fähranleger sowie Bahnhof sind sehr nah und gut zur fuß erreichbar eventuell 5-10min es gibt einen Netto in der Nähe und 2km weiter hat man ein Einkaufszentrum mit vielen Möglichkeiten.
Es waren keine Ersatz Müllbeutel,da sowie erstaz Staubsaugerbeutel. Der Toilettendeckel hat ehrlich gesagt seine besten Zeiten hinter sich und passt so garnicht zum Gesamtbild der Wohnung wenn man mit Kinderwagen anreist muss man sich darauf einstellen den Wagen eine ziemlich enge Treppe in den ersten Stock zu hieven da keine anderen Stellplätze vorhanden sind. Diese Info mit der Treppe hatte ich nicht im Inserat entdeckt und demnach waren wir überrascht.
