Zentrale Lage quasi zwischen dem Frisia-Zentralparkplatz - damit 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur Strandpromenade. Die Wohnung ist neu eingerichtet, alles funktioniert - für ein kurzes Wochenende war es perfekt für uns. Sehr netter, zuvorkommende Vermieter!

Lage direkt am Deich, man ist schnell am Strand und am Fähranleger. Trotzdem ist es ruhig und man hat einen eigenen Parkplatz am Haus. Die Wohnung ist renoviert und neu eingerichtet.

Nettes Personal, sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Macht alles möglich.
Die Lautstärke eines anderen Studios im Hause, da die Wände und Decken seht hellhörig sind. Auch ist die Ausstattung im Bad sehr provisorisch (Papierhalter locker und hängt, Warmwasser dauert sehr lange, Fliesen haben Risse und noch Eddingmarkierungen vom früheren Anzeichnen, Kaffeetasse beschädigt und gerissen (nur 2 Tassen da). Gummilippe der Duschtür lose, Duschstange ist zu niedrig angebracht
