NORDDEICH, just about 300 m from the North Sea—this beautiful ground-floor apartment accommodates up to 4 people. The vacation rental is tastefully and comfortably furnished. The floors are fully tiled.
Large living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, raclette grill, toaster, etc., as well as a DVD player and a stereo system with MP3 and USB ports.
2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and wall-mounted toilet, washer and dryer, heated towel rack, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. Low-entry shower. Except for the two bedrooms, the apartment features comfortable underfloor heating. All windows have exterior roller shades. Terrace with furniture and electric grill. A handcart is available (subject to availability).
The terrace and lawn are fenced in, making them ideal for children or pets. Fly screens are installed on all key windows.
Storage room for items such as bicycles you bring with you. A high chair is provided free of charge.
Pets (dogs) are allowed upon request. The apartment is suitable for wheelchair users and seniors, but is not fully accessible.

Centrally located, the wide sandy beach, the harbor promenade, and numerous recreational activities—such as the seal sanctuary, the Ocean Wave water park, and mini-golf courses—are all within easy walking distance. The ferry terminal, with connections to the islands of Norderney and Juist, is right nearby. The surrounding area also offers many biking and hiking trails along the dikes, ideal for excursions into nature. A perfect location to enjoy the North Sea and East Frisia to the fullest.
