Brand-new (completion July 2026) vacation rental in Norddeich!
We warmly welcome you to this high-quality ground-floor apartment in a prime yet quiet location in Norddeich, just a few minutes’ walk from the dike and the beach.
The bright living and dining area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, an armchair with a footstool, and a large TV. In addition, you’ll find the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, East Frisian tea set, Senseo capsule machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, a blender, and an immersion blender. From here, you can also step out onto the large furnished terrace with a small garden. A tabletop grill is also available, and the garden is completely fenced in.
The apartment has two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m, separate mattresses), a wardrobe, and a TV. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a walk-in shower (including a rain showerhead), a toilet, an electric towel warmer, a makeup mirror, a Bluetooth radio, and a hair dryer.
The apartment’s storage room contains a washer-dryer and a clothes drying rack. For additional entertainment, there are several books and board games in the living area.
The entire apartment features tile flooring and comfortable underfloor heating; all windows are equipped with fly screens and electric roller shutters (except for the patio windows).
Dogs are welcome in this apartment with prior notice and a separate fee; smoking is not permitted.
A parking space with a wallbox for charging electric cars (upon prior registration, for a fee) and a lockable garden shed for bicycles are located in front of the house. An electrical outlet for charging e-bikes will be added soon.
