The vacation home spans the first floor and two additional floors and can accommodate up to five people. This makes it ideal for families or a vacation with friends. The first floor features a spacious living and dining area, which forms the heart of the home. Two comfortable sofas invite you to relax, while a modern TV ensures cozy evenings. The large dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals or fun game nights.
The kitchen is compact but very well-equipped and offers everything you need to cook your own meals during your vacation. This includes, among other things, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, an additional capsule coffee machine, a toaster, an egg cooker, as well as plenty of dishes, glasses, and silverware. Directly from the living area, you can step out onto the terrace, which is furnished with seating and is ideal for breakfast in the fresh air or a relaxing end to the day.
A guest bathroom on the first floor provides additional comfort. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. One is furnished with a comfortable double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm and offers plenty of storage space for your vacation wardrobe. The second bedroom features a single bed and a wardrobe. A TV is available in all bedrooms. Additional sleeping accommodations are located in the upper part of the house, allowing for a total of up to five guests to be comfortably accommodated. For families with small children, a travel crib and a high chair are also available.
A private parking space is located directly in front of the house and can accommodate two vehicles parked one behind the other.
