About this house rental
Vacation home in the fishing village of Greetsiel, in the Neu Hauen neighborhood, located right near the entrance to Greetsiel.
The house can accommodate up to 8 people and features 2 bathrooms, a fantastic sauna, a wallbox for charging electric cars, a huge carport—all surrounded by a beautiful garden.
The house is furnished in a modern country style, complemented by maritime elements that make it feel like a cozy second home.
To help you feel right at home, there are all kinds of games and books for all ages available in the house.
We provide our guests with travel cribs with mattresses and high chairs (up to 2 of each) free of charge.
Bedding and sheets for the crib can be rented for a cleaning fee of €10.
Blankets and pillows are provided for all other beds.
Duvet covers can be booked for €10 per bed, including bed-making service.
Please note that if you bring your own bedding, you will need fitted sheets measuring 180 x 210 cm and duvet covers measuring 155 x 220 cm to make up the double beds.
Towels are available for rent:
Towel Package I: Two hand towels and one bath towel
Towel Package II: Two sauna towels
Each towel package costs €6.00.
Just let us know if you’d like to take advantage of any of these options.
The kitchen is stocked with dish soap, a dish sponge, dishcloths, towels, and a few dishwasher tablets—all provided free of charge for our guests.

In addition to a toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker, as well as a large selection of dishes, silverware, and glasses, you’ll also find baking utensils, a blender, an immersion blender, a waffle iron, and a raclette set with a hot stone.
If you don’t feel like cooking (every day) while on vacation, you’ll find a restaurant to suit every taste in Greetsiel or can stop by nearby Pilsum.
In the annex, we’ve set up a recreation room with foosball, pool, and darts.
The covered patio is furnished to seat 8 people.
There are two sun loungers, one umbrella, and a large WEBER kettle grill available.
A hotel safe is available in the built-in closet on the first floor for our guests to securely store their valuables.
Families with children under 18 receive a special rate during school vacation periods when booking directly through our website. We’d be happy to provide you with a personalized quote.

Fees for bed linens and towels must be paid before arrival.
The visitor’s tax will also be billed to you in advance. You’ll receive the guest cards to download to your smartphone before arrival.
The rental price covers up to 6 people; each additional person pays a fee of 15 € per night.
If you wish to use the sauna or the electric vehicle charging station, a security deposit of 50.00 € is required for each per week. We will bill you for

Sehr schönes Haus, mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht. ( und mehr)
Es ist an alle Altersgruppen gedacht worden, vom Kinderspielzeug für die Kids, bis zum Billard Tisch für die ganz großen.
Die Küchenausstattung ist ebenfalls auf einem sehr hohem Niveau.
Für Familien ist das Haus perfekt

Tolle Unterkunft und Möbel/Inventar auf dem neuesten Stand, netter Kontakt zu Vermietern, für die Kleinsten ist an alles gedacht worden :)

Ein gemütliches Ferienhaus , mit super Ausstattung. Man fühlte sich sofort wohl. Es ist alles vorhanden, aber eine Beschattung der Terrasse wäre wünschenswert.
Der URLAUB war sehr entspannt.

Ein sehr schönes voll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, bei dem es an nichts fehlte. Man konnte sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. Auch der Freizeitraum war gut eingerichtet, aber vllt könnte man noch eine Dartscheibe anbringen. Greetsiel war zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
