Nestled in the picturesque East Frisian countryside, in the quiet village of Warfendorf Loquard, the “Jewel of the North Sea” awaits you—a stylish vacation home that combines historic charm with modern living comfort. This spacious home is located in a former Gulfhof farmhouse that has been meticulously renovated with great attention to detail. Here, traditional architecture meets modern interior design, with the original wooden beams preserved to give the vacation home a particularly warm and cozy feel. With 140 square meters of living space, families and groups of friends will find plenty of room to relax, as the house features four inviting bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed and a TV. Two modern bathrooms ensure plenty of privacy: while one bathroom features a walk-in shower as well as a freestanding bathtub, the second bathroom also boasts a walk-in shower and high-quality fixtures. The heart of the vacation home is the large living area with a cozy sofa nook. Slightly separated from the living area, you’ll find the fully equipped, high-quality kitchen with a spacious dining table. Outside, a furnished terrace awaits you in front of the house, as well as a green and paved area where children can run around and play. Four-legged family members are also very welcome here.
