The Friesenhaus offers you a unique combination of an idyllic location, high-quality amenities, and a truly cozy atmosphere. Situated on a stunning waterfront lot in the new and charming canal district, this retreat accommodates 1 to 6 people—ideal for couples, families, or friends who appreciate tranquility, comfort, and proximity to the coast in equal measure.
Living right on your own private dock – a maritime lifestyle included
The vacation home is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and borders directly on the romantic canal as well as a small private harbor. Enjoy the unobstructed view of the water, the gentle lapping of the waves, and the picturesque surroundings from the sunny terrace or through the large windows of the stylish living room.
Two parking spaces are available right next to the house.

The tastefully furnished house combines Nordic coziness with modern living standards. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth on cooler days, and the inviting fireplace is perfect for relaxing evenings by a crackling fire.
