About this house rental
A maximum of 2 pets is allowed. The newly renovated holiday home "Hein Mück" is just 250 m from the beach in the North Sea spa town of Norden-Norddeich and is a great destination year-round. This charming house with garden views features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi and 2 smart TVs. You also have a private, covered terrace where you can start your day with a cup of coffee. The house boasts an excellent location at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, offering peace and a lovely view of the spa park from the back. The terrace is largely screened from view.
A dozen restaurants are within a 3 to 10-minute walk (250 to 800 m). Two bakeries and cafés are 10 minutes away. The nearest supermarket is only a 3-minute drive (1 km). The North Sea is just 250 m away, with a beach and a dog area. There’s also a great spot for kitesurfing. Norddeich is famous for its seal sanctuary, where each year between 80 and 150 orphaned seals and grey seals are cared for and released back into the North Sea. A large exhibition lets you learn more about marine mammals and their habitat, the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site.

Pros: Das Haus war wirklich super sauber, vor allem die Bäder ! Auch die Lage war für uns perfekt und super nah am Deich, nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
Der Garten liegt schön ruhig am Kurpark und man hat keine Nachbarn hinter sich.
Cons: Ein mini negativer Punkt ist das der Flur recht klein ist, dies ist aber wirklich halb so schlimm. Mit 4 Leuten wird es dort recht eng. Außerdem liegt die Heizungsanlage im obersten Zimmer unterm Dach, was ein wenig Geräusche in der Nacht verursacht und Gewöhnungssache ist.

Pros: Sehr gut ausgestattet, Terrasse und kleiner Garten, Meer und Restaurants in der Nähe, bequeme Betten, moderne Badezimmer, in der Küche war alles da (Microwelle, Ofen, Geschirr auch für Kinder, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine), unkomplizierter Chek-in und Check - out
Cons: Zimmer können nicht richtig abgedunkelt werden,

Pros: Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und schön in einer Sackgasse. Die Nähe zum Deich und zur Hauptgeschäftstrasse ist perfekt. Besonders bequem sind die Betten. Auch das Bad war sehr schön (schöne große Dusche) also alles perfekt!
Cons: Zur jetzigen Jahreszeit (Winter) hätte das Bad und das Wohnzimmer ein bisschen wärmer sein können.
