The first and second bedrooms, a bathroom, the living room, kitchen area and the balcony are on the upper floor.
In the bright and comfortable living and dining room, you have the opportunity to make yourself comfortable on the great feel-good landscape and enjoy a cozy TV evening on the TV in HD quality.
You will find a 180x200 cm luxury box spring bed in the first bedroom. A flat-screen TV is also available here. You can find storage space for your luggage in the wardrobe.
The wonderful bathroom with a walk-in shower on the upper floor invites you to relax.
The third bedroom is on the top floor: Space for dreams in the 180x200 cm box spring bed: With a view of the cutter harbor of Norddeich. The attic is completed by another bathroom. In the outside storage room there are two bicycles with a shopping basket and a handcart available.

Wir fanden eine sehr schöne Wohnung vor, für uns 6 Erwachsene und einen Hund war die Wohnung optimal. Sehr schön eingerichtet , auf zwei Etagen mit zwei Bädern kommt man sich nicht in die Quere, sogar einen zusätzlichen Raum auf jeder Etage war noch vorhanden, den wir als Abstellraum für unser Hundefutter nutzten, wir hatten tolles Herbstwetter, wenn das nicht so gewesen wäre, hätte jeder genug Platz für Rückzugsmlglichkeiten gehabt und am großen Tisch konnte wir nicht nur gut essen auch die Geselligkeit kam da nicht zu kurz. Die Einrichtung ist modern und geschmackvoll ‚ auch die Ausstattung ist sehr gut.
Wir Habitaten eine schöne Zeit und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Selbst der Hund der anfangs Probleme mit der rutschigen Treppe hatte, hat sich schnell eingelebt, der große Balkon war dabei sehr praktisch.

Wir haben uns direkt in dieser Maisonette-Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Fußbodenheizung angenehm. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (inkl. Qooker). Gefreut haben wir uns auch über die beiden zur Wohnung gehörenden Fahrräder. Die Umgebung lässt sich per Fahrrad oder zu Fuß erkunden. Bis zu den Fähren nach Norderney und Juist läuft man 10 Minuten. Das Team der Küstenzeit war immer hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
