Detached Frisian-style house Lotta. The house is in a quiet yet central location and offers approximately 95 square meters of living space for 2-6 people plus 1 baby in 3 bedrooms. The modern, very well-equipped eat-in kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, oven, air fryer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker + Senseo pod machine, microwave, and kettle, with seating for 6 at the table. The adjacent living area includes a corner sofa, an armchair with footstool, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV with satellite reception, and a well-stocked display cabinet with a sideboard. On the ground floor, there is one of two double bedrooms with electrically adjustable slatted bed bases, a large wardrobe, and a modern shower room with toilet and underfloor heating. Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms with satellite TV (one with an electrically adjustable double box-spring bed and the other with sturdy single beds) and a second modern shower room with toilet. A high chair, changing table, and travel cot are also available free of charge upon request. The utility room contains a washing machine, ironing board with iron, and clothes drying rack. Two parking spaces (one in a carport) are located at the house, and the garden is fully fenced with a minimum 80 cm high fence. A grill, table, chairs with cushions, and a parasol are provided on the covered terrace. The beds are made upon arrival, and towels, bath towels, dish towels, and bath mats are provided. Fiber optic Wi-Fi is available.
