About this house rental
An oasis of relaxation!
The Huus Johann vacation home is located in a prime spot on Pilsumer Weg, right on the canal. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the town center and the fishing harbor.
Step inside this spacious vacation home, completely renovated in 2024, which sleeps up to 6 people and features a sauna.
The living-dining area with kitchen is perfect for cozy get-togethers. The kitchenette is fully equipped, so the home cook can whip up delicious meals to be served at the large dining table. The East Frisian sofa and the wood-burning stove create a cozy atmosphere. The original floorboards have been preserved throughout the lower level and give the house its incomparable charm.
The bedroom on the first floor features a box-spring bed (mattress: 180 x 200 cm; please bring a large sheet). The spacious, bright bathroom with a walk-in shower and a guest restroom are also located on the first floor. The icing on the cake is the sauna (for 2 people), which is located in the rear building. Here you can relax after a long walk along the dike. You’ll also find a large shower area and a restroom here. From here, you can access the garden. The property measures 1,000 square meters and is located directly on the canal. The beautiful old trees create an atmosphere of peace and relaxation. The property is fenced in, and a boat dock is planned. On the other side of the house, there is a lovely covered patio that is secluded from view. Enjoy balmy evenings here, for example, while barbecuing or sipping a glass of wine.
On the upper floor, the house offers two additional bedrooms with box-spring beds. One bedroom has a double bed (mattress: 180 x 200 cm—please bring a large sheet) and the other has two single beds (90 x 200 cm each). The rooms are lovingly furnished and each features a large flat-screen TV. All mattresses have different firmness levels to ensure everyone’s back is comfortable. A bathroom with a shower rounds out the upper floor.
A washer and dryer are available in the basement.
Upon request, you can charge your electric car at the house for a fee. Any bicycles you bring along can be safely stored in the garage. E-bikes can be charged there for free.
Huus Johann leaves nothing to be desired and offers you a carefree, relaxing vacation with your family or friends.
Please bring your own bed linens and towels. You’re welcome to rent them from us for a fee. A linen package costs €20.00. The beds are made upon arrival. The fee is to be paid along with the tourist tax as part of the final payment.
The following additional costs are to be paid as needed:
Rental price (including final cleaning) applies to a maximum of 2 people
Surcharge per additional
person per night: 10.00 €
One-time security deposit: 300.00 €
One-time fee for sauna use: 25.00 €
