About this apartment rental
Perfection in 89 square meters—we present our top-floor apartment, “de See”—Suite 4, spread over two floors with a private balcony. The apartment features three separate bedrooms, furnished with a double box-spring bed, a 160-cm box-spring bed, and two single box-spring beds. For added comfort, the apartment’s windows are equipped with insect screens, pleated blinds, and exterior shutters.
One parking space is included per apartment. Behind the apartment, there is also a lockable bicycle garage with a power outlet for e-bikes. Additionally, there is a communal garden behind the building that guests are welcome to use.
Children under 3 years of age stay with us free of charge. Upon request, we’ll be happy to provide children’s furniture (crib, high chair, changing table) for a fee.
Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
The booking price includes a linens package for the number of guests booked. This includes bedding for the number of guests, as well as one shower towel, one hand towel, and one facial towel per person. Additionally, one bath mat is provided per bathroom and one dish towel per kitchen.
The accommodations are available to you on the day of arrival starting at 4:00 p.m. Flexible check-in after 4:00 p.m. is possible at any time, as you can simply retrieve the key from a lockbox on the side of the house. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

We couldn't open the windown in the evening because of mosquitos.
Mosqito nets at the windowns are mandatory.
In addition, the clim,at control did not work properly. Once switched off, it came automartivcally back after a minute or two.
When it was working, it didn't blow any frech air. It seemed to turn thge used uo air around and around.
Needs improvement.
The coffee machine is for 2 persons max. Doesn't really make sense im 4 persons want coffee in the morning.
A bigger one cost probably 10 € more, why did you save on such important équipment ?
Although we enjoyed the room, there are some points which need improvement. Without this, we can not recommend renting the appartmen during warm/hot summer days.
