Dear Guests,
We have prepared the following for you:
On the first floor:
a cozy living room with a gas fireplace (you can adjust the flame with a remote control), behind
which you won’t want to leave in the evening. A sofa, comfortable wicker armchairs, and cozy
lighting create a warm and relaxing vacation atmosphere. A large plasmaPGJyLz4color TV (satellite), DVD player, and stereo system round out the vacation experience. A small, carefully curated library (including a reading lamp) for young and old, as well as various games for cheerful get-togethers, are available for your enjoyment.
The dining area with an upholstered bench creates a stylish atmosphere for meals, which you can prepare in the spacious
kitchen, equipped with all the appliances and utensils required in a modern kitchen, such as
a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, hand mixer, coffee maker, and the like.
Ground-floor bathroom with a window, featuring a shower, washing machine, and clothes dryer.
South-facing terrace: Large garden table with 6 chairs, lounge chairs, a beach chair, and a parasol.
Upstairs, two cozy bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two
single beds) with an additional stereo system. Large wardrobes and plenty of extra storage space
highlight how family-friendly our home is. Here you’ll also find the second bathroom with a shower,
a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror.
In the attic, you’ll find another bedroom with two single beds and a flat-screen TV with
a DVD player, as well as a play area for the little ones (or the grown-ups who need some peace and quiet to meditate).
For the little ones: stair gate, wooden chair (2-piece set), outlet covers, children’s tableware, and
cutlery and a bottle warmer.

• Family-friendly: A travel crib and a high chair are standard amenities—at no extra charge. Need more? We’d be happy to arrange additional equipment for you for a small fee.
• Excellent connectivity: Even in this idyllic setting, you don’t have to do without high-speed internet. All homes feature a fast fiber-optic connection (Wi-Fi)
The location of our resort is the perfect starting point for relaxation and exploration:
• The idyllic fishing harbor is just a few minutes’ walk away. Watch the traditional crab boats come and go and enjoy the maritime atmosphere of Leybucht.
• The Koppke swimming pool is right around the corner. Whether you’re swimming, enjoying the sauna, or indulging in a soothing therapeutic treatment—your relaxation is the focus here.
• Stroll through the alleys of the historic city center, treat yourself to tea and cake in one of the traditional tea rooms, or visit the famous twin windmills
